Terms & Conditions

Bookings:

Bookings are accepted from 4pm – 8.30pm and are on a first come first served basis. We will hold the table for 15 minutes after your reservation after which we release the table.

For bookings of 4 or more we require a credit card number and expiry date, If you do not arrive for your booking, are late in excess of 30 minutes or your group is significantly less that booked for without advanced warning we reserve the right to deduct £50 from your card. By giving us your details you agree to these terms.

 

Tasting Event Tickets:

Tasting event ticket purchases are final and tickets cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Purchased tickets are for specific dates, dates are not exchangable. We will not refund or transfer or exchange purchased tickets to another event or date under any circumstances. Full terms of sale can be found here at our online shop terms & conditions

If you cannot attend and event you are more than welcome to sell tickets on, but please let us know the buyers name for our guest list.

Gift Certificates (vouchers):

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All Gift Certificates are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase and must be used within that time-frame. Gift Certificates have an expiry date on the front (9 months from the date of purchase). Gift Certificates must be used on a date up to and including the expiry date, otherwise the Gift Certificate will be deemed to be void and can no longer be used, and no liability will be accepted by the London Gin Club. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to keep their Gift Certificate or the email Gift Certificate safe. We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Certificates. If your Gift Certificate has been redeemed by someone else we cannot replace its value or the Gift Certificate itself.

Gin Money:

Gin Money is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All Gin Money is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used within that timeframe. All Gin Money has an expiry date (12 months from the date of purchase). Gin Money must be used in the bar on a date up to and including the expiry date on the front, otherwise the Gin Money will be deemed to be void and no liability will be accepted by the London Gin Club. Once Gin Money has expired it is void and can no longer be used. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to keep their Gin Money safe. We cannot replace lost or stolen Gin Money. If your Gin Money has been redeemed by someone else we cannot replace its value or the Gin Money itself.
