We love gin and have around 70 different types available. Whilst this may not be the largest collection of gin in the world, it’s true to say our focus is on quality alongside uniqueness. New gins are coming onto the market all the time so we try to offer you the very best this exciting category has to offer.

The secret to the perfect gin and tonic lies in every aspect of the drink…the gin, the tonic, the ice, the garnish, even the glass. We crack our own ice which is twice frozen so is very cold and dry and keeps your G & T crisp. Our garnishes are paired with the botanicals in your gin. This lifts the flavours of each gin so you really experience it as it was intended. The tonic,  being 3 fourths of your drink is crucial. We stock 6 tonics and match them accordingly to either your taste or the gin style, and of course they are all from single serve very chilled bottles.

Our range includes Schweppes, Fever-Tree, Fever-Tree Mediterranean, Fever-Tree Light, Fentimans botanical tonic and its Light version. We will be writing more about tonics in the coming months. (NB We also carry Rose infused lemonade from Fentimans and their robust Botanical Ginger Ale).

Poured over large hand cracked ice, the tonic stays fizzy for longer because of the large icebergs and our method of pouring (a trick of the trade we’re keeping to ourselves) which ensures the tonic hits ice and gin in a particular way so the gas stays active. Ok so yes, we are a bit anorak about it..but hey its a G & T so we think should be treated with respect! Below is a small sample of our current gin list.
