Last year we worked very hard creating a gin that we thought would be smooth, dry, juniper lead with a creamy soft finish. So after much mixing and stirring and tasting and sipping and more mixing and more sampling (!) we  finally came up with our very own gin. Obviously we’re not stirring it around a bathtub at home! The wonderful people at Masters of Malt have done the distilling and we think it’s quite a good gin (without getting too big-headed of course!)
